Clocktower Haystack Seasoning

The Clocktower Haystack Seasoning is a special blend created in honor of our neighbor, Union College, a Seventh Day Adventist College. The Haystack Salad is their culinary claim to fame. The Clocktower is a tall landmark on the campus. This blend consists of Salt, Chile Pepper, Garlic, Cumin, Paprika, Black Pepper, and Cayenne Pepper.

This blend is a perfect seasoning for salads, soups, stews, or as a dry rub for grilling. You can add this seasoning to any dish to give it a smoky, savory flavor with a hint of heat.
