Tamayta's Adobo Seasoning is made with yellow mustard seed, black pepper, fennel, paprika, cumin, coriander, onion, oregano and garlic. We toast and grind all our blends right here in small batches. Typically used with chicken or pork, our Adobo Seasoning can be rubbed on the surface of the food, covered and placed in the refrigerator overnight. Cook on a grill, braise in a sauce, or bake in the oven. This Adobo is quite tasty! It is great in a compound butter and spread on grilled bread on corn on the cob.
