A mild nutty flavor popular in Mediterranean baked goods. Think Baklava or Spumoni! Pistachio flavor is great added to desserts to impart a nutty flavor. Substitute Pistachio flavor in any recipe that calls for a nut flavoring such as almond pecan or walnut.
