Other grades of authentic balsamic vinegar including Aceto Balsamico di Modena and â€œordinaryâ€ balsamic vinegar (sometimes called â€œcondimentoâ€ grade balsamic vinegar) offer much of the same rich flavors and syrupy texture although it is sometimes produced using additional ingredients such as starches and gums.
